Right up until the moment she decided to do something about the problem once and for all. Because now the gloves are coming off!

The last speech bubble doesn't have "I" in it in the original Japanese. That's just been added in by the translator because it didn't have any proper noun or pronouns in the first place (literally, it just says "[X] doesn't make [Y] graduate/allow [Y] to graduate so [implied Z]").
