In "Smolorado" context, Colorado here seems to have hard time accepting the fact that she only looks relatively taller when compared to an even older dreadnought.
For reminder, Colorado having complex about her height isn't canon, but Conte is.

I think you could go back to their original CGs. Colorodo and Cavour look youthful while the same cannot be said with Gangut, so the fact Gangut is in between them in height is seemingly lost to some of us. In fact, no one seemed to point out to Munmu-san that the Colorado class was longer than the historical Gangut and as a result, Munmu-san's Gangut was a tad taller than Colorado (see post #4842565).
