Last we heard, the whole reason they're in the North right now is that her limbs are in danger of becoming necrotic and he's looking for a special cure to restore them rather than having to amputate them before gangrene sets in. She's basically a quadriplegic at the moment, and in danger of remaining so for a very long time.
