If I can take care of my health by not snacking or eating out for a week...Doesn't matter who, I'll resist their lunch invitation!It'll be fine...Ever since I was a student, the one thing I'm confident about is my strength of will!Since it's a new year......you wanna go eat something delicious? ...hopefully.Say......my weight will go right back down.
