At least for the time being it seems she isn't going to have to worry about sepsis or the poison from gangrene. Hopefully they can find ways to give her new limbs for the remaining amputated sections. But it must be pretty jarring for anyone who has had a limb transplant to see someone else's hand or foot on them. At least in this universe (hopefully) the complications will be minor to zero, unlike the real world, where such procedures usually fail, or even if they succeed, the patient has to take immuno-suppressants to keep the limb attached, as normally the body fights off the transplanted part as being foreign. This even extends to some cases of organ transplants, but there, compatibile donors are usually screened to see if there is a chance the organ donation will be limited in rejection.

It also seems that limb rejection, improper healing and sepsis is the usual result of full limb re-attachment surgery, never mind attaching limbs from a completely different individual. In the text, it's pretty much implied that what Adamska did was beyond the capabilities of a normal surgeon.

They basically seem to be a modern surgeon operating in a medieval society. Hell, if you look closely at the last page, they even seem to have a vinyl/latex glove analogue (whatever material is used is transparent and shows Adamska's stitches through it).

That said, limb re-attachment shouldn't trigger rejection if it's the patient's own limb. The whole reason for rejection is the immune system recognizing the attached organ/tissue as "non-self" and attacking it- which is basically its response to cancer (the immune system is actually pretty good at spotting and killing cancer- immunosuppressants make you that much vulnerable to cancer as a result).

Yes, it's magic. I ain't gunna explain shit.

It's still implied that in-universe, anyone else trying to do the same thing as Adamska is going to have one dead patient on their hands.

To start from the conclusion, Adamska's medical procedure was flawless. The nerves and connecting bones were precisely attached in the appropriate positions by his grand magic, adhering to Reszurre so that there would be no visual or physical discomfort. I have this feeling that he's mumbling unseemly things with a creepy smile on his face while looking at her new limbs, but... I'm just going to pretend it's my imagination...
Gauche came to get them because it looked like Reszurre was about to wake up
Until both the nerves heal and the mana pathways join, the connected limbs would apparently need to undergo rehabilitation. At the mention of that, Adam griped that he "wouldn't babysit her", but I imagine he was just trying to say he was leaving the rest to me. Even beyond removing the source of the corrosion, being able to attach a spare limb proved that Adam's skills were truly the real deal.
Even among elven arms, this was preserved in especially excellent condition Almost like it was waiting for an experiment like this If I were to just hook it up to a circuit...
    *Pant...*
    *Pant...*
But comparatively- -how would the attributes- -on a high elf- -could observe the chemical reaction- -explosive progress- -but the chance of rejection-
    New arm
    Whew...
    ...Is it... already... over...?
We finished safely And there shouldn't be any further progression from the corrosion
Do you still not have any sensation yet? After a bit of time passes, there's likely to be quite a lot of pain...
I'm... fine... There's just a strangely... light feeling...
