Not too long ago I finally decided to watch the Princess Connect ReDive anime...!

I dragged this out for a really long time. The series entered in my radar due to its nice and colorful look, additionally Pecorine with her cherfull smile and couple of "big assets"

made me sign the show in my list of things to watch almost immediately...( • )( • )ԅ(≖‿≖ԅ)

However, knowing that this anime was based on a gacha-game and that the studio that produced the game was the exact same studio that produced the anime made me very

suspicious that this series would just be a fluff piece.

Projects like this are usually bad as they leave a lot of narrative elements and plot holes that can only be filled by playing the game they originate from.

Additionally, I was also postponing this due a burnout after watching to many Isekai animes.

Fortunately I come back with the good news that the series is extremely good and very entertaining (Personal opinion)

For my taste it is very funny and chill. The plot is simplistic and moves slowly, but only moves until you've had your fill of enjoyment. So it's not a drag, it's a walk hand in hand.

My only criticism would be that the protagonist is extremely dumb, but this is also a really great element of the meta narrative of the series. Our protagonist is an adventurer with

total memory loss, so he has to learn how everything works in this new world. Just as a new player has to learn how the world of a new game works by going through the tutorial level.

BTW, The second season is already airing but as usual for me I'll wait until it's over so I can binge it at my own pace...(￣▽￣)👍✨
