She looks good, but to be honest I probably wouldn't be able to identify her without the tags since the normally distinctive shape of her hair isn't very visible in this depiction.

The far departure from the official style doesn't help, nor does the generally plain nature of Nishihara's hairstyle (bob cut with blunt bangs/ends). Still though, if asked, I could probably identify between her and Uenishi, Sodoko, Gomoya, or Pazomi.
