It might be that her own room is directly next to her love interest's apartment, so she can't go dere dere in her own room in case he can hear, but her brother's room is on the other side of the apartment, away from the love interest's side, so it's "safe" to dere dere there

We started with 11 "tsun", and now we have 12 "dere"
