I noticed that but it just seems that there was a fight first hence Sakuya's cut and the look the Remi has already kind of given up.

Not to mention Remi can't be killed by sunlight. Just severely weakened, like a bad sunburn.

Actually, I think she's said otherwise in the past ... She'll turn to ashes if she's exposed to direct sunlight for too long.
