Oh, so I'm not the only one who got that impression? I don't know, maybe the artist had no idea who to put either of them with... Speaking of which, where is Virgilia? Pretty much every magic character except her is here.
It would have made more sense if they'd put Gaap and Ronove together, Ange and Amakusa together, and Beato and Battler together... Going for originality, mayhaps?
