She has purple empty eyes, small breasts, and long purple hair stylized in a hime cut with blunt bangs & sidelocks. She wears a frilled layered black dress with wide puffy frilled sleeves, a blue dress bow, frilled white kneehighs, and black mary janes. She also has a black cat tail with a tail bow.
She's implied to be the manifestation of all the instances of Furude Rika that repeatedly died over the course of Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.
