Nothing solid/official. She's dropped hints at various times that she's Dr. Watson's granddaughter or that she's the original Dr. Watson herself. Since her character can supposedly travel between/along alternate timelines, anything is possible, I suppose.

IN her debut stream she was Watson's niece and the current attendant to Holmes, normally giving him the various drugs he "needed" to be the greatest detective, and as such was also Holmes' apprentice. Then after she woke up from the sleep deprived and probably energy drink related coma, shit went off the walls when she revealed she's actually an fps goblin and suddenly a time traveler that stole a magic pocket watch from Kronii.
