Actually, it might have to do with the fact his manga is being successful so far.

This is posted on Kasumi's launch day, so zeroyon probably just wanted to be kind once in a while

Are you guys being dense on purpose? To me it seems super obvious why Kasumi does not care about second-hand smoking here.
