I don't really want to explain in words.
I don't really want to give a textual explanation, but it's too much trouble to draw it in manga format, so I'm going to use the following words from the main story
Goku: "In the Room of Spirit and Time, when I was fighting Buu..."
or something like that.
I don't want to make him just explain the story.
I'm sorry if I'm not very good at this, but I'd appreciate it if you could explain it in writing (sometimes the words are not right).
