The right bra strap is visible in the neck opening, and the band is visible in the waist opening, so she was definitely wearing one, and it didn't teleport with her.

The skirt is high enough on the waist that panties not being visible in the opening doesn't tell us anything about whether they teleported with her or if she was even wearing them in the first place.

As far as teleportation goes, sticking the landing is far more important than keeping your clothes on.
