"Tuna" could be easily be translated to "cold fish", which fits naturally in its place. The T/N would then be unnecessary.

I don't think that really solves the issue of someone not being familiar with the slang meaning.

Assuming Shinmyoumaru would probably be too young/innocent to qualify, and would most likely be in D even if she wasn't, it's kinda amusing that Hakurei Shrine is generally super tame and restrained... and then there's a sex fiend under the floorboards

Junko probably falls under the "tuna" category, and is wholly uncaring, after turning herself into a spirit of vengeance. Yuugi and Mokou tend to be quite common 'ironic' innocent virgins, being so used to battle and stuff like that that they never got used to any other sort of... multiplayer exercise. and Satori in this world violently pukes whenever she hears sickly-sweet thoughts, which, combined with her usual character eccentricities, means she's probably a virgin by default.
