It looks like all three are calling Ron on Joey's discarded Red Dragon. But there's five Red Dragons?
The discarded one, two on the left for Three Dragons, one across for Thirteen Orphans, and one right for a pair.

The artist made a reply changing yugi's red dragon to a wind tile so it's 100% an error.

I'm guessing Bakura is holding onto a bunch of Dora tiles or something because otherwise his hand is trash compared to Yugi's Thirteen orphans and Marik's Great Three Dragons
