It's hard to pinpoint the two people above, but we can easily tell that they're Asuna and Karin by inference.
First of all, if you look at the sleeve on the bottom right, you can see that she's Akane, and the playful hand on the bottom left is Toki, so the two remaining are Asuna and Karin. They follow their reliable leader well and really like adorable Neru.

That's quite easy, the left gloved hand seems to belong to Asuna, you can tell it by the sharper fingernails visible through the thick yet delicate fabric of her white glove.
