It's mostly just desperate yaoi fangirls trying to find somebody to pair Link up with who claim that Sheik is a man. Pretty sure the writers for Ocarina of Time have even gone on record saying Zelda does in fact stay female when masquerading as Sheik.

Just for the record, due to child labor laws, Japan uses female voice actors for all young-sounding men and boys. Arguments like yours, here, hold no water at all for that reason.

Neither does yours. Remember when Sheik was attacked by Bongo Bongo? You can clearly hear a female voice from her. You can obviously tell that Zelda was imitating the boyish voice all along, and obviously she couldn't imitate the voice in a situation like this.
Why is her hands tied? Does this count as rape or bdsm?
BDSM, definitely not rape based on the expression on Sheik's face. I figure she'd look more scared or angry if it was rape, but they both look aroused and calm.
