Why is Drum scared of Mizuho? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
Submarines are always hot shit until you can actually see them. In this case Drum is just really nervous since she's incredibly exposed and hoping that Mizuho doesn't hold a grudge.
I mean she wasnt nervous about that Destroyer and Heavy Cruiser staring daggers at her instead?
One can depth charge her if she tries to hide, one can smack her with an 8-inch shell right now, and then there's the one that's close enough to ram her at a moment's notice. (Trust me, ramming subs was incredibly common practice throughout both World Wars, especially in the Royal Navy) I guess being nervous about all three is not mutually exclusive.
