Nope. You can tell they're not from the wing design. They're one of AT's closed-back designs though, since you can see the AT logo on the cup exterior.
ATH-W1000x, most probably. Judging from the fact that there's the wing design, the AT logo on the cup, and the oval logo that says "Left" in script on the hinge. I'm guessing the lightness of the cup (compared to the darkness of the rest of the headphones' body) indicates a difference in material, as well (W1000x have wooden cups).
