I added the Starcraft tag, as "Kikkuk222" videos (which this is a reference of) usually references. I never played the game but from his videos the scream at the end seens to be a unit death or something.

To be unreasonably specific, the sound that Izuna makes is a Sunken Colony, a Zerg offensive building unit, from Starcraft 1. At the end, POV makes a marine death sound from the same game.
