I don't encourage anyone (except an unres, because unres privilege) to fix this md5 mismatch; the revision makes this a pixel-perfect duplicate with the parent post from Twitter and the image replacement was rejected due to the visual difference. Duplicates are often not accepted. Don't waste your upload slots.
