This situation is no different from post #7965105 save for the cheated on being in a previous image rather than side by side panels. The context of these three images makes this netorare. Just because the wiki has been unchanged since 2011 doesn't mean it's always right.
This wouldn't be the first time we've tagged something based on context from related images rather than the image itself, especially in sequential sets like this.

I disagree with that, primarily because it opens up for people tagging netorare simply because that's what the post "feels like" to them, which is already common. I don't think it's important enough to start a crusade over, though. Other broad, thematic tags without a consistent visual definition do exist (bara and fantasy come to mind).
