Why is the tag Fujimaru Ritsuka here when the character itself isn't even shown ? I've seen some arts with dark skinned masters being labeled like that too.
Is it due to the self insert nature of the character ?

No, it's because the description in the artist original post already says it's Fujimaru plus the command spells who's design are specific the ones in Fujimaru hand, and the dialogue in the art.

Yeah the design of command spells is usually tied to a specific character. With FGO male and female Ritsuka even have some notable differences between their command spells, where if you're familiar with them they're easy to tell apart.

There’s a summer outfit where he has a tan that’s occasionally exaggerated. Generally, if you can see either the command seals or the hair it’s him.
