I've seen some people suggest that rather than him developing his own psychic powers, he just grabbed the projections of her boobs. Notice her boobs in the previous MMO flattened a bit when their psychokinetic projection touch his back, as if they're against an invisible flat surface.

He isn't an esper himself, she obviously gets feedback if you check the indentations/deformations of her boobs in this and previous pictures.
All that happened is that the "surface" changes to his hands instead of his back, so the indents changed accordingly.

This is pretty tricky yet VERY obvious. It is hard to say if he is annoyed enough that he grope her boobs or somehow "intercept" those psonic touch and bring it back to her boobs.
