Between being voiced by Negan, the additional dialog about how he thanks Mark for forcing him to resort to more violent means of taking control of conquering Earth, and the blood ice heart, this guy might as well be called Freakquest.

I thought the thanking part was taken from the comics. The part where he talks about his life story is probably new, though.
