Added ai-generated due to the hand. Hand shows signs of cleaning, but the result is, still, obviously bad. Lighting is weird and inconsistent. Eyes and face look redrawn. legs and body look incorrectly proportioned, as though it was generated at a non-square aspect ratio (and thus slightly weirdly stretched). I think it looks like AI; but there's of course room for me to be wrong on that judgment call. Thought I would leave my reasoning here.

AI is bad at hands because most artists are not good at hands either, this image looks completely fine, specially because the textures and edges are extremely clean and consistent which is something AI still struggles with (as well as finer details in general, e.g. hair around the hand would probably be messy) and anyhow, hands have not been a good indicator of an image being AI for quite a while now. Some of the latest models are really good at them sometimes.
