It is, but looking for her name is like finding a needle in a haystack. So the current compromise is just tagging DFO and original copyright tags.

Yeah I think the chances of getting a name for her are pretty slim since the commissions are all done by various artists and are all commissioned anonymously. I just found it interesting to point out after having noticed this character pop up a few times.
