Is there any tag for images that are excessively noisy like this one? Not adversarial_noise or jpeg_artifacts, but as if the artist just decided to use the Photoshop "Add Noise" filter before saving it for... some reason?

I'm noticing it on a lot of images now, so I wonder at what point it would merit a tag like noisy_image or something, unless it's an artistic choice that I just don't get.
