I wondered that too, so I looked up past Jeanne x Jalter posts. They were tagged with selfcest, so I went with that.

I actually nearly tagged it with sisters and incest because of Jeanne's silliness in the game. 😅

I mean for comparison look at Illya and Kuro from fate kaleid: despite being much closer to being the same person than Jean and Jean Alter, the first 2 never got the selfcest tag and at most the incest tag (or none at all).

You're right, it is confusing. We should take this issue to our local government bodies.
