Besides the World Masterpiece Theater series, there were also so many anime adaptations of classic children’s literature, weren’t there?
I’ve never seen Belle and Sebastian and Maeterlinck's Blue Bird, but I'm glad I was able to watch all the episodes of Monarch: The Big Bear of Tallac recently via streaming (the fourth image is a revised version).
