Oguri Cap's last year (1990) was brutal. He started out with a single win (Yasuda Kinen), but then placed 2nd (Takarazuka Kinen), 6th (Autumn Tenno Sho), and then 11th (Japan Cup). Only on his next and final race ever, the Arima Kinen, the grand prix of all G1s, did he win again.

So yeah... if you thought the drama for Cinderella Gray has been intense so far, you ain't seen nothing yet. But at least it all ends on a high note, so it's going to make for one heck of a story!
