When a woman's clothing covers both nipples but leaves her cleavage unobstructed from top to bottom. In other words, nothing on top of her chest connects what covers one breast to what covers the other breast.
This can be due to a plunging neckline or a center opening, or perhaps the only garment over her breasts is a bikini top or bra designed for this.
