An NPC in Reverse:1999. He is the human owner of Pickles, an intelligent Arcanist dog along with another dog named Wendy. Charlton is aware how smart Pickles is, even if he is unable to understand his dog. He is named after the late Sir Bobby Charlton, a professional English Soccer Player who was part of team England that won the Fifa World Cup in 1966, the same year which The Theft of the Rimet Cup event is set.
