Commentary Request and -has:commentary

A post with an artist commentary that has not been fully translated into English.

To translate the commentary, click the Add commentary link and place the translated title and commentary inside their respective fields. When the translation is complete, remove this tag and replace it with commentary. If the translation is incomplete or needs review, leave the commentary request tag and add the partial commentary or check commentary tags.

Do not tag an image as translation request when the commentary is untranslated. Translation request is for text inside the image.
