A very strong latent Newtype, at the end of the original Zeta Gundam series he is left with severe mental disease and psychosis due to his duel with Titans officer and MS ace Paptimus Scirocco, who attacked Kamille with a powerful Newtype mental blast as he died, crushed by Kamille's Zeta Gundam MS during the final battle of The Gryps War. In the original novelization his ending is even worse: a crazy Kamille exits his MS and removes his helmet in space, dying in the process, while his corpse is later recovered by Fa Yuiry (post #10140247, post #9212226).

Fortunately Kamille's vegetative state is reverted and his mind is eventually healed (thanks to Fa Yuiry's constant care) at the end of Gundam ZZ. Years later he appears during the events of Moon Crisis, now as a medical doctor, having left the military for good and becoming a dedicated practitioner.
