Non-canonical comedy spin-off featuring Ootsuki from Tobaku mokushiroku kaiji by Fukumoto. Although it belongs to his franchise Fukumoto himself does not write this manga and has Hagiwara Tensei writing the story and Uehara Motomu with Arai Kazuya working on the art.
The animated version was broadcasted as a sideshow in Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa.
