He has short, blonde hair, blue eyes, stubble, and wears goggles on his head. Also sports a blue jacket with a white ascot and green pants.
In Cid's original artwork his shirt is brown, but it appears black in his field model. Cid's Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis model is almost identical to his original appearance sans the cigarette pack secured beneath his goggles strap and his dark grey shirt. In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth he has a light grey shirt, his black instead of brown goggles strap design is slightly different. The outer side of his gloves also have an overlaid strip design. The patches on his jacket are in the same place but have new designs.
