Ultimate-level Holy Knight-type Digimon that debuted in Digimon Tamers in 2001, and one of the thirteen Royal Knights of the Digital World. Dukemon is often depicted as the true final evolution of Guilmon, contrasting the wicked Megidramon. Dukemon is a large knight-esque Digimon clad in white armor and a red cape. In its right hand, it wields the holy lance Gram, and its left hand carries the holy shield Aegis. Its offensive and defensive prowess is said to be unrivaled even among the Royal Knights, and it possesses the titles of "Crimson Knight" and "Sky-Conquering Armored Lancer", the latter making reference to its armored flying platform ZERO-ARMS: Grani.

In a number of narratives, including Digimon X-Evolution and Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode, Dukemon stands in opposition with its fellow Royal Knight Omegamon. The Royal Knight depicted here is noted to value potential in lifeforms.

Dukemon is referred to as Gallantmon in international material.
