A character from the new sequel trilogy of Star Wars films.

FN-2199, also known as Nines (or TR-8R among most fans), is a Riot Control Stormtrooper soldier from the First Order.

He first appeared in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie from 2015. Nines was physically portrayed by veteran stuntman Liang Yang, while his voice was provided by David Acord, a sound editor (and occasional voice actor) from Skywalker Sound.
