Tokyo Afterschool Summoners character.
An old Transient who teaches kendo at the police academy and also teaches kendo and swordsmanship at many schools around Tokyo. No one is better than he with the sword and his footwork is almost divine. Furthermore, his expertise in strategy make him a peerless all-rounder in battle. Even so, all his virtues are cancelled out by his penchant for being a hopeless perv. Every single word he utters is part of his next offensive statement. He likes people who are good with the sword or fun to tease.
