lae'zel

One of the eight Origin characters in Baldur's Gate 3 who can either be the player character or potential party member.

A female githyanki fighter who is driven by ambition and fanatical loyalty to Vlaakith, the lich queen of the githyanki race. Like most githyanki, Lae'zel is proud, militaristic, and xenophobic, prioritizing her survival and goals, seeing the party as simply means to her ends, and looking down on concepts of the mortal plane such as empathy and altruism. Depending on the path chosen by the player character, Lae'zel can grow to care for her companions and love the player, as well as Faerûn.
