Although this condition (adipomastia) is normally found on overweight men (post #6115619), it is also a fetish name used for slimmer men with feminine breasts (post #5044172, post #5025833) or muscular men with defined and round pectorals (post #4072298, post #4123358).
It is also not to be confused with gynecomastia, which occurs specifically due to hormonal imbalance. Adipomastia is also known as pseudogynecomastia for exactly this reason.
Do not tag with muscular male or toned male unless the body is viable and proportional with the chest size. Otherwise just the manboobs tag will suffice.
