The 3rd game of the Nikki series, a Chinese mobile dress-up game series developed by Paper Studio. English server published by Elex, localized as Love Nikki: Dress-up Queen.
It uses very detailed and varied clothing, which artists sometimes use to create their on characters which they then draw.
It features gacha, crafting and drop mechanics, similar to personification games, as well as an actual storyline.
