Neptuneman is one of the main antagonists of the Dream Tag Tournament arc in Kinnikuman, along with Big the Budo. Based on Hulk Hogan, Neptuneman copies his moves and personality, down to his signature Axe Bomber. Formerly known as Kenkaman/Quarrelman. After his loss to Kinnikuman in the Dream Tag Tournament, he would go on to help him in the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne as The Samurai.
