Daughter of Mar-Vell and the third Captain Marvel.

A Titan/Kree hybrid created from Mar-Vell's DNA. She adopted the moniker Captain Marvel after Monica Rambeau to stabilize her brother's (Genis-Vell's) cosmic awareness.

In later exploits, she would join the Guardians of the Galaxy as Martyr. Her time as Martyr was marred by her most infamous and lethal failures. She failed to prevent Adam Warlock's transformation into Magus. Seemingly killed by him, she was kept alive alongside his other murder "Victims", including Thanos, who immediately killed her upon his ressurection as Magus' other "Victims" escaped.
