undone necktie

A necktie is untied or undone, but still worn around the neck. Not to be confused with loose necktie. If it is not worn around the neck, use unworn necktie instead.

Normally depicted with the undone clothing item hanging around the character's neck or clothing collar, with part hanging on each side of the character's torso.
