A Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon, #0480 in the National Pokédex.

A small, gray, fairy-like creature with a partially yellow face and closed eyes. Has two tails and a forehead jewel, and is usually seen floating.

Known as the Being of Knowledge; it is a member of the "lake guardians" alongside Mesprit and Azelf. All three were created by Arceus.
