    Eirin was supposedly involved in founding the Lunar Capital, and is, IIRC, an aunt to the Watatsuki sisters, Toyohime and Yorihime, who are princesses like Kaguya. Because of this, I imagine that she is proud, and thinks herself above the needs for such things... but her body likes to disagree with her on the matter.
